IFTC sketching class...

IFTC - BACK TO SCHOOL!

Hi all, i'm now a student with IFTC Bukit Bintang KL, yeay!! back to school. Initially, it was tiring driving for about 15min from home to ERL Putrajaya-KL Sentral-Monorail to Bangunan Yayasan Selangor.  Then it was OK on my 2nd week, not so bad to be in a public transport! :)  This is my 3rd week, just see how it goes. I already apply for my parking at BYS, gosh!! can't wait to drive to college in Feb.

My creativity...using batik sarong and transformed it to a long dress. RM120 including postage.

My 1st jubah order. 1st time sew jubah with lining and 2nd jubah made by me..

TADAAAA!!! The proud owner of this jubah is Mrs.Khairul Azwa from Kota Damansara...alhamdulillah.

Love this design so much! so cool.. Nanti ler, after raya baru start copying project.

I sew this last week early Aug, my first blouse using baju kurung moden template.

Cut the side, sendiri design hehehehe....macam terpanjang skit. Insyaallah next blouse project should be better than this one.

How to sew V neckline on Baju Kurung Moden?
Bagaimana hendak menjahit kolar V baju kurung moden?



STEP 1 :  Take the half completed top/baju, place interfacing (fold), trace along V line from baju/top.
Remove top.
Measure 6cm around V shape & you get 2nd V shape which you have to cut as well.

Cut along theV line inside and outside V.




CARA 1 : Diambil baju yang separuh siap itu, dijahit bahu kiri dan kanan, lipat memanjang untuk mendapatkan bulatan kolar V.

Ambil interfacing (lipat dua), tekap baju V tadi di interfacing utk dptkan V shape.

Dari V shape yang sudah dilukis, ukur 6cm sekeliling V tadi, utk dapatkan V shape didalam.
Gunting disekeliling V luar dan dalam V. 

STEP   2 : Iron it, not too hot.

CARA 2 : Gosok tak terlalu panas sangat, nanti berkedut.  Nak buka balik interfacing yg telah digam, gosok panas sikit dan tarik.
